I come from a family of Democrats.  One grandfather was a truck driver and the other worked in a foundry.  Both sides of my family proudly hail from Chelsea, MA.  No one handed me the success I've obtained.  I worked for it.  I went to St. John's Prep School, and graduated from Northeastern University's School of Journalism.

I'm a Republican because I believe in hard-work, self-reliance, faith, family, the U.S. Constitution and American values.  There are no short-cuts in life and success goes to those who strive for the American Dream.
