The Wayland Board of Selectmen holds its first meeting of 2011 tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Building. According to the board's press release about the meeting, a brief description of the agenda is as follows: - The board will hear public comment. - Selectmen will interview and consider for appointment citizens who want to serve on town boards and committees. Specifically, Michael Connors will be considered for appointment as an associate member on the Zoning Board of Appeals. - Selectmen will also discuss possible appointments to the Public Safety Advisory Committee.
