I have been working with Eric Stutman and his staff of highly qualified trainers for 4 months. I have lost 15 lbs so far with their workouts and dietary suggestions, including downloadable aps for tracking. I have a knee injury which is much improved. Eric Stutman and his staff make it easy and fun to work out and get in shape. No competition for equipment, clean, bright facilities, even a shower. Knowledgeable staff who are motivating and encouraging. I highly recommend One-To -One Body Scapes.
