Wayland Middle School to Reopen on Friday

NOTE: The following was submitted by Wayland Middle School. The school closed on Thursday due to a water main break.

WMS has water once again and school will resume [Friday]. It will be a "D" day. A few important items to note:

• While the water main has been repaired, the DPW will need to finish paving the hole tomorrow during school hours. The work site is in the "bus circle" outside our main entrance therefore students will exit buses just before the crosswalk near our front door.  
• We will have a police detail to assist with traffic.
• The work should not impact the parent drop-off circle but, just as a safety precaution, please use extra care when entering and exiting our driveway on Friday.  
• The work is expected to be finished by mid-day so we do not anticipate any impact on dismissal traffic.
