Students at Wayland's elementary schools -- Loker School, Happy Hollow and Claypit Hill -- will be served the following the week of Feb. 4-8, 2013.

Feb. 4: Baked Stuffed Shells, Green Beans, Whole Wheat Dinner Roll, Pineapple Tidbits
Feb. 5: Beef Teriyaki Dippers, Black Beans & Rice, Fresh Broccoli, Pineapple Chunks, Fortune Cookie
Feb. 6: Hamburger w/cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & pickles, Baked Zucchini "Fries," Fresh Local Apple. (Salad Bar at Happy Hollow)
Feb. 7: Baked Mozzarella Sticks w/ M
Feb. 8: Round Pan Pizza w/ choice of toppings, Carrot-Raisin Salad or Fresh Veggies w/ Ranch, Sliced Pears

Also available: Tuna, Chicken Salad, Turkey, Peanut Butter, Cheese Sandwiches on Wheat Tortilla available daily. Bagel Lunch w/ choice of Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter or Hummus available daily at Claypit & Happy Hollow. Gluten-Free Pizza FRIDAYS; Gluten-Free Warm Turkey & Cheese Roll-Up DAILY. Milk Choices: Skim, 1%, Fat Free Chocolate, Lactaid. Fresh fruit baskets available daily.

Feb. 6: Chinese Day. Beef Teriyaki Dippers, Mini Egg Rolls, Fresh Broccoli, Pineapple Chunks, Fortune Cookie
Feb. 7: Spanish Day. Lean Taco on Wheat Tortilla or Hard Shell, Steamed Brown Rice, Baby Carrots, Fresh Kiwi
Feb. 8: International Pizza Bar, Three Bean Salad or Fresh Romaine Salad, Sliced Pears

Also available at the WMS: Salad plates, grilled chicken patties, burgers (beef, turkey and veggie) on wheat rolls, fresh soups and sandwiches. Fresh fruit is served every day.
