After attending many EDC meetings, I'm curious as to why they seem to push River'sEdge as a viable space for seniors.... Only 25% of the project will go to senior living, the costs will be high, and amenities minimal. You're located on a closed landfill with a view of Sudbury's solar field and cell tower,a few luck ones will overlook route 20! Wayland why do you want to allow residential building to be done on a commercial site???? This is no place to call home, and we'll be stuck with another lemon. Let EDC or the Town find a suitable, non residential use for this parcel of land, a dump is a dump no matter what you do to it.

Needs a more accurate name to describe the project: Dump's Edge, Land Fill's Edge, Edge of Transfer Station, Solar Farm's Edge, Mt Trashmore's Edge. Really, it's not at the edge of the river. It's at the edge of a lot of other "stuff" before the river.
