Next, the Board will consider several articles that have been proposed for sponsorship by the Board of Selectmen for inclusion in the 2013 Annual Town Meeting Warrant. The Board will also consider some articles to be submitted on behalf of other committees for consideration for inclusion in the Warrant. Later, Selectmen will review the recommendations of the auditors to management and the proposed management response to address each recommendation as edited by the Audit Committee.

After considering the consent calendar and reviewing correspondence, Selectmen will then listen to the report of the town administrator and offer general items of concern. The Board will then consider a draft agreement which pledges an adjustment to the mitigation settlement for the Danforth housing development provided the project approved by Framingham boards is substantially similar to the revised plan that has been put forth.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
