Wayland Woman First of Two Kmart-Related Arrests in One Day

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Wayland woman was the first of two people Acton police arrested last Wednesday after responding to two separate calls at Kmart, according to a report on Acton Patch.

Officers were first dispatched to Kmart on 252 Main Street in Acton at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 3. After an investigation, Dawn Cheryl Izzi, 29, of 32 Edgewood Road in Wayland, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Later that day, at 4:30 p.m., officers returned to Kmart for a second report of larceny.

Officer Dean Keeler completed an investigation and arrested David M. McGowan, 19, of 169 Main St. in Acton, charging him with larceny more than $250.
