Wayland Police arrested a Wayland woman on Sunday on her third charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police responded to a report of person nearly being truck by a car while walking near 30 Bradford St. Officers located the driver, identified as Margaret Close, 49, and charged her with influence of alcohol (third offense) and operating to endanger.
