Wayland Police arrested a 44-year-old Wayland woman on Oct. 2 after she got into an argument at her home.
Debra Griffin, 44, of 29 Pleasant St., is facing charges for violating a restraining order and assault and battery.
On Sept. 29, Wayland Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the house and discovered an argument had taken place, according to Wayland Police Detective Sgt. Jamie Berger.
Police, after investigating, determined Griffin had pushed the male victim. The victim had a prior restraining order against Griffin, Berger said.
Griffin was taken to an area hospital for observation, Berger said. After leaving the facility, police arrested Griffin, according to Berger.
