Wayland Police Logs: Driving Arrest, Loud Talkers

The following information was provided by the Wayland Police Department. Where charges or arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate an arrest.

Sept. 7

1:34 a.m. – A caller reported hearing people arguing on Pelham Island Road. Officers determined it was a couple talking loudly.

2:58 p.m. Car crash on Main Street.

11:48 p.m. – Caller reported a noise similar to gunshots. Unfounded.

Police conducted 10 car stops.

Sept. 8

1:30 a.m. – Police arrested Adolfo Bonilla, 31 of, Framingham, and charged him with speeding and unlicensed operation of car. Police stopped the car he was driving on Route 30 after they observed the suspect speeding. He was later released on a promise to return to court on Sept. 9. 

Sept. 9

5:05 a.m. – A caller reported a disabled car on Boston Post Road.

12:13 p.m. – A caller reported a sick raccoon at her Boston Post Road home.

4:06 p.m. – A caller reported his neighbor built a fence on his property. Services rendered.

7:07 p.m. – Police responded to a hit and run crash on Old Connecticut Path.
