Wayland Man Busted for DUI

A 51-year-old Wayland man is facing charges for allegedly deriving under the influence of alcohol.
The incident began on Jan. 23 at 11:40 p.m. when an officer stopped a car for speeding on Route 30. The officer, after an investigation, arrested Spencer Ball, 51, of 404 Old Connecticut Path, and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. He was taken to Wayland Police headquarters and later released on a promise to appear at a Jan. 24 court hearing.
