During the previous week, Wayland Fire Department answered many calls for assistance. This is a sampling of the incidents.

Dec. 9

6:35 a.m. - 242 Old Stonebridge Road., caller reported low hanging wire.

8:50 a.m. - Kelsey Road, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

9:24 a.m. - Brooks Rd., medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

7:15 a.m. - Rich Valley Rd., medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

10:16 a.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Dec. 11

1:07 a.m. - Joyce Road, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

3:12 a.m. - 11 Castle Rd, motor vehicle accident, one person transported to Metrowest Medical Center in Natick.

3:06 p.m. - 14 Bayfield Rd., carbon monoxide detector activated due to high levels in the garage.  Home was ventilated.

8:41 p.m. - Old Sudbury Roa, medical emergency, one person transported to Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham

Dec. 12

7:51 a.m. - 221 Old Connecticut Path, motor vehicle accident, no injuries reported.

2:43 p.m. - Andrew Avenue, medical emergency, one person transported to Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham.

11:24 p.m. - High Rock Road, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Dec. 13

8:38 a.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital.

8:51 a.m. - 524 Boston Post Rd, caller reported vandalism and attempt to start a fire.

9:18 a.m. - Knollwood Lane, medical emergency, one person transported to Metrowest Medical Center in Natick

1:02 p.m. - Ballfield Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital.

4:29 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

5:02 p.m. - Pequot Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Dec. 14

7:32 p.m. - 26 Overlook Rd, activation of carbon monoxide detector due to low battery.

Dec. 15

7:16 a.m. - 31 Jeffrey Rd, caller reported a large tree down with wires.

4:01 p.m. - Boston Post Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
