Police Log: Fish on the Bridge, Coyote in the Street, Suspect in the Conservation Area

July 2:

  • 12:53 p.m.; Bow Road - Coyote walking down the street.
June 30:
  • 5:41 p.m.; French Avenue - Arrest of Stephen Ceruti, 20. According to a police press release, Ceruti was spotted running through backyards and into Snake Brook Conservation Area. He was located in the conservation area and arrested on a number of outstanding warrants, including: From Framingham District Court - B&E night time and larceny over $250; from Natick District Court - Four counts of possession Class E, two counts possession Class B, two counts receiving stolen property, and two counts larceny over $250.

    Additionally, a female victim later came into the police station to report that Ceruti had stolen more than $250 from her. He was subsequently charged with larceny over $250.
  • 5:21 p.m.; 450 Boston Post Road - Furniture in the roadway. A driver lost it off the roof of the car and was on scene re-securing it when police arrived.
  • 12:20 a.m.; 103 Cochituate Road - Caller reported hearing kids yelling on the golf course.
June 29:
  • 9:46 p.m.; 4 Meadowview Road - Sound of gunshots reported. Nothing found.
June 28:
  • 3:24 p.m.; 19 Waltham Road - Lincoln Police called to report a man texting while biking.
  • 8:37 a.m.; 22 Anthony Road - Caller reported a dog acting strangely in her backyard.
June 27:
  • 6:18 p.m.; 120 Pelham Island Road - Caller reported that a man was fishing off the bridge over the Sudbury River and throwing the fish he caught into the road. The person was advised.
  • 5:07 p.m.; 21 Cedar Crest Road - Caller reported a sick fox.
  • 1:19 a.m.; 93 Commonwealth Road - Suspicious person reported walking near the state park.
June 26:
  • 6:12 p.m.; 23 Woodridge Road - Caller reported his house had been broken into. Damage found to the doors, but nothing was taken
  • 8:28 a.m.; 120 Concord Road - House egged.
  • 8:11 a.m.; 85 Main St. - Toddler spotted wandering around without a parent. Parents were located prior to officer arrival.
  • 2:42 a.m.; 352 Old Connecticut Path - Caller reported someone banging on his door.
