Fire Log: Possible Gas Leak, Lifeline Call and Help Extinguishing Fire

The following information was supplied by the Wayland Fire Department.

The Wayland Fire Department answered 81 calls for assistance during the week of Oct. 15-21, 2012. This is a summary of those incidents, excepting training and standard inspections:

12:31 a.m. - 201 Main St, water flow alarm activation

6:03 a.m. - 103 Old Sudbury Rd, accidental activation of alarm system

6:21 a.m. - 197 Main St, 97 Boston Post Rd, 6 Green Way& Cochituate Rd, fire alarm maintenance work

8:51 a.m. - Main St, motor vehicle accident, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

9:19 a.m. - Bent Ave, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

2:22 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

4:25 p.m. - Bent Ave, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

11:13 p.m. - Woodland Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

9:32 a.m. - Willow Lane, medical assistance needed

1:33 p.m. - Caulfield Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to area hospital

4:40 p.m. - 53, 55 & 49 Cochituate Rd, fire alarm system work

7:29 p.m. - Astra, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

7:36 p.m. - 5 Nob Hill Rd, caller reported a possible gas leak

9:16 a.m. - 321 Commonwealth Rd, fire alarm system work

10:39 a.m. - Old Framingham Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

12:22 p.m. - Main St, well being check

1:23 p.m. - 8 Haven lane, assist resident with smoke detector placement

2:45 p.m. - 101 Andrew Ave, fire alarm system work

4:41 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

6:20 p.m. - 119 Commonwealth Rd, activation of smoke detector

6:44 p.m. - 106 Main St, assist with residential lockout

7:26 p.m. - Dahlia Dr, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

10:02 a.m. - 44 Main St, 400 Boston Post Rd & 101 Andrew Ave, fire alarm system work

1:16 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

8:16 p.m. - Boston Post Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

9:07 p.m. - 11 Keith Rd, caller requested assistance to extinguish a small outside fire

11:07 p.m. - 10 Brooks Rd, service call
