Wayland Community Shows 'Can-Do' Attitude

Berkeley O’Keefe, left, owner of Orange Leaf Wayland, presented Laurie Hojlos, Parmenter Food Pantry Coordinator and Board of Trustees member, with donated canned goods on Monday.  

Orange Leaf Wayland extended their community outreach to Parmenter by hosting a can drive for the Food Pantry.  By bringing in a non-perishable food item customers received 3 free ounces of Frozen Yogurt. The fundraiser ended Monday evening with a percentage of their sales going to Parmenter.
