“Too Much Of a Good Thing: Raising Children of Character in an Indulgent Age”

Join us for an evening with Harvard Psychologist and Author, Dan Kindlon, Ph.D.  who wrote Too Much of a Good Thing: Raising Children of Character in an Indulgent Age.  In this discussion Dr. Kindlon will map out the ways in which parents can reach out to their children, teach them engagement in meaningful activity, and promote emotional maturity and a sense of self-worth.  This worthwhile event will be held at the Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland on Tuesday, November 5th. *Doors will open at 7:00 pm for a social half hour with cash bar available.  Dr. Kindlon will begin speaking at 7:30.  Seating is limited so please arrive early to secure your space.  Free for WCPA members; $5 suggested donation for non-members.
