Construction on the Department of Public Works building will begin sometime next year.
According Board of Public Works Chairman Tom Abdella, the town will start accepting bids for the project in January or February of 2014 and award a construction contract in March 2014. The project is scheduled to be completed by July 2015.
Special town meeting voters approved the $12.7 million project on Nov. 20.
