Patch has learned Kelly came home a little before 11 p.m. She was "ragged and weary," but safe, according to owner Roberta Powell.

Kelly, a wheaton terrier, went missing from her Davelin Road home today.
Owner Roberta Powell said Kelly ran away without her collar, and now the family is seeking help locating the pet.
