SUDBURY/WAYLAND WOMANS CLUB MEETING FEATURES DOROTHY RUBIN

The Sudbury/Wayland Womans Club's first meeting of the 2013-2014 year will be held at Sudbury's Goodnow Library's Community Room on Thursday, October 17th at noon.  The meeting will feature Dorothy Rubin analyzing the intricacies of a person's handwriting....... which can speak volumes!!

Dotty grew up in Brooklyn and entered Brooklyn College at 16 and graduated majoring in Social Studies. She worked for the War Department during WWII; her last job was running a small office (on the top floor of the Plaza Hotel, New York) specializing in fund raising.   Dotty and her husband, Bob, lived in  Princeton, NJ most of their marriage but moved here in '08 to be closer to their two daughters.  She has spent a lifetime volunteering for worthy causes and continually found new ways of doing things. It was in Princeton that she participated in  "New Years Eve Princeton" and manned the Handwriting Analysis Booth!

The club's regular meetings are held primarily at Goodnow Library    (21 Concord Road, just north of #20 at the town's business center)     on the third Thursday of the month at noon.  Bring your own bag lunch and the club provides Tea, Coffee and Dessert. The business meeting begins at 12:45pm with the programs being presented at 1:15pm.

Sudbury and Wayland women are invited to attend with a view to joining our club!
