“There is no better time for people to jumpstart their exercise regimen than during Thanksgiving!” said Beth Concaugh, co-owner of Impact. “The Burn-the-Bird workout will jump start your body to burn off all those calories we consume throughout the holiday season. Why not honor your body by working out while giving back to the community—it’s a win-win situation.”
Impact’s Large Group Personal Training Burn-the-Bird workout is open to all adults and their family members on Thursday, 11/28 @ 8am and Friday and Saturday 11/29 and 11/30 @ 9:15am. The registration deadline is 11/26 and can be done in-person at Impact located at 505 Boston Post Road in Sudbury, via phone at 978-26105743 or at www.impactfast.com
“This is Impact’s first year offering the Burn-the-Bird workout,” said Concaugh. “This is a great opportunity for us to give thanks for our health plus our families and friends all while helping those less fortunate.”
