New to yoga? Need a refresher on the basics?
Our 4-week beginner's series will focus on specific sets of poses each week, explaining the alignment and benefits of the posture. Classes build from the previous ones and at the completion of the series, you will have a basic understanding of the flow of our Vinyasa style classes.
