Arm balance poses are a wonderful way to incorporate many of the elements of yoga - strength, flexibility, balance, and focus! Yoga instructor, Sue Cushing, will lead students through series of poses focused on warming-up and opening the component body parts which may allow you to understand why arm balances can truly make you feel like you are flying! So let's explore what happens when your hands become your feet! A year of consistent yoga practice and some experience with Crow is recommended. This is a great class for students who are new to arm balances to explore their capabilities and for more experienced students to deepen their arm balance practice.
