Pat Donaher: Pat has been teaching yoga since 2005. His classes embrace a mix of yoga styles and movement patterns, from power yoga and martial arts to kriyas and therapeutic bodywork to challenge and awaken the bodies and spirits of all his students. He received his 200 and 500 hour certifications from David Vendetti and the Body Awakenings school, and has also completed trainings with Jill Miller and Baron Baptiste.  In addition to his hatha and vinyasa practices, Pat became enchanted with AcroYoga about five years ago, and is now a certified AcroYoga teacher.

Sandy Kalik:  Sandy arrived at yoga in a moment of transition.  Yoga became her way to be physically present, to slow down, to feel.  At first the flowing yoga sequences required so much presence and effort that there wasn't actually space for her mind to wander off the mat and do the poses correctly. Learning to check in with the physical body, Sandy found asana and meditation also provided support for her body and mind through the day-to-day experience of rheumatoid arthritis. Sandy's classes are known for creative sequencing, making alignment accessible and providing a safe space for play, silence and exploration.  Sandy teaches vinyasa flow, restful yoga (blending yin and restorative styles) and AcroYoga .
