4 Week Beginner Yoga Series with Sue Cushing

We are pleased to offer a series of classes specifically for those who are new to yoga or have never set foot on mat! Each class will focus on a specific set of poses, explaining the alignment and benefits of the posture. Each class will build from the previous; at the completion of the series, you will have a basic understanding of the flow of our Vinyasa style classes and be comfortable and welcome to continue practicing with us! 

Students will also receive a handout at the end of each class to encourage practice at home. This class is intended to take away the sometimes fear and anxiety people have around yoga and provide an encouraging and fun environment to come learn and experience all that yoga can offer you! Classes are 4 consecutive Tuesdays beginning 9/10 from 7:30-8:45pm.
