Great Presenters Series Addresses Ways to Improve Health, Life

Would you like to achieve your ideal weight? Sail through your day with clarity and limitless energy? Look and feel years younger? You can! By making small adjustments, you can improve your health at any age and feel great. As part of the Wayland Library’s Great Presenters Series, Caroline Owen Houde will present a program on Tuesday, Jan. 8, at 7:30 p.m. to share some simple steps that can add life to your years and years to your life. 

Houde helps people live healthier lives by coaching them to make choices that enhance their health. She is a consultant with Arbonne International, a multinational company delivering pure, safe, and beneficial health solutions for more than 30 years. For the past 15 year, she has also maintained a practice as a group fitness instructor. She is currently pursuing advanced studies in conjunction with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a two-time triathlete.
