Five Things You Need to Know Today: Sept. 20

1. Girl Scout Sign Up Day. The Girl Scouts will hold a sign up event in the art room at the Loker School today from 4 p.m.-5:15 p.m. This is a chance to stop by, ask questions, meet new friends and get started in Girl Scouts.

2. Football Watching Options. It looks like tomorrow will be perfect weather for heading to Wayland High School to cheer on the Warrior football team as it faces off against Monument High School. But, if you just can't make it to the bleachers, WayCam is partnering with the Wayland Student Press Network to provide a live broadcast of the game.

3. Speaking of the Warriors. The girls' varsity field hockey team and volleyball team will be in action at WHS today.

4. Contest Deadline. The deadline to enter the OARS Photography Contest rapidly approaching. If you planned to enter, now is the time.
