Groundbreaking Commences on The Preserve at the Bay Club; Community gathers to celebrate breaking ground on a new master planned neighborhood

The Preserve is pleased to introduce a 22 acre master planned neighborhood within the Bay Club community.  The residential country club community located in Mattapoisett, MA will contain 34 single family homes throughout two neighborhoods and offer three or four bedroom variations.  Lisa A. Nickerson, Wayland resident, is a partner of the real estate development, and the homes are being developed by Aerie Homes. Nickerson RE and Nickerson PR will be responsible for the integrated sales and marketing strategy.
