New Tenant Signed for Wayland Town Center
There is no set opening date for the new Wayland Town Center tenant yet.
Boston Sports Club has signed on as one of the latest tenants for Wayland Town Center.
KGI Properties leasing agent Joseph Hernan confirmed the retail gym chain had signed a lease to occupy the largest current vacancy across from the medical office building at the site. The space will be turned over to the company in December, but Hernan could not provide a certain opening date.
The company has several clubs throughout the area including two in Newton, two in Waltham, one in Watertown and one in Wellesley, according to its Web site.
