Bites Nearby: 80 Thoreau

This week's bite is in Concord.

"New American cuisine" with a romantic twist. , on 80 Thoreau Street Concord, clever, I know, offers fine local dining at its best. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect for a one-on-one date or a group gathering.

Interesting dishes to try: First course, I would go for their Pork & Rabbit Terrine, then the Grilled Sirloin for the main course and the Warm Corn Pudding to top it all off for desert.

Drinks: Whether you're at your table or at the bar, 80 Thoreau offers a wide variety of wines, liquors and beers.

Beware of their mini martinis...it's a three sipper! Please be aware that I've been banned by this restaurant for a similar remark on Open Table.....which is just the venue for such comments. Management needs a few lessons in people skills or they won't be around. I, for one, won't pay for rude and iffy service.
