We always like to see what Patch readers are photographing when their out and about in town.
Earlier this week, resident Brad Keyes submitted this image of a Wayland Department of Public Works employee working on the ice at the Cochituate Field ice rink, one of two the town has constructed for the public's use this winter.
The rinks, the other one is on the soccer fields at the Wayland Town Building, opened late last week after the weather provided them the opportunity to freeze. This week's warmer temps may not make for great ice, but the winter is young.
Here's to several more opportunities to hit the ice yet this season.
