The Wayland Fire Department answered 67 calls for assistance during the week of July 8-14, 2013. This is a summary of those incidents excepting site inspections.

9:50 a.m. - Boston Post Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Framingham

2:02 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

2:38 p.m. - 109 Andrew Ave, fire alarm system work

1:22 p.m. - Emerson Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

6:43 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick

8:31 p.m. - 11 Cole Rd, caller reported smoke inside home. Was due to malfunction of water heater

9:07 p.m. - 2 Sandy Hill Rd, activation of alarm system due to malfunction

11:27 p.m. - Old Connecticut Path, motor vehicle accident, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital
