5 Things: 'Seed-y' Activity, Snow Day Postponed, School Committee Meeting
A few things you need to know for Tuesday, July 2, 2013, in Wayland.
1. The Wayland School Committee will meet today at 4 p.m. at Wayland Town Building. The agenda includes discussion of Open Meeting Law issues among other topics.
2. The Wayland Public Library is offering the program, "Seeds! Seeds! Seeds!" today at 3 p.m. for children ages 4 and up. Children will learn about seeds and make a craft.
3. Heads up for Wednesday. The Planning Board and Design Review Board are scheduled to meet at 8 a.m. Plan ahead now if you want to attend these morning meetings.
4. The annual Snow Day activities planned for Pegasus today have been postponed until Friday due to the rain forecast.
5. Year of Wayland Trivia. Fifty-six veterans of the American Revolution are buried at North Cemetery.
