Four Articles will come before Wayland's Special Town Meeting on November 20th, 2013:

• Department of Public Works Facility Construction Funding
• Appropriate Funds to Purchase Conservation Restriction on Lincoln Road Land
• Set Aside Community Preservation Funds for Administrative Expenses
• Revise Sources of Funding the Fiscal Year 2014 Operating Budget
