Wayland HS Alumna Elena Drews Receives Commonwealth Honors College Scholarship
Elena Drews, 2012 Wayland High School alumna, received the Rountree Merit Scholarship from UMass Amherst's Commonwealth Honors College.
Elena Drews, daughter of Mark Drews and Rebecca Leong of Wayland, MA, has been given the Joseph and Elizabeth Rountree Merit Scholarship by Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. This scholarship is provided to attract and retain high performing students who demonstrate outstanding talents and abilities.
Drews is a member of the UMass Amherst class of 2016 who pursues a major in biology. She graduated from Wayland High School in 2012.
