Free Jam Demonstration at the Wayland Winter Farmers' Market

Join Deborah Taylor of Deborah's Kitchen and learn how to make low-sugar spreadable fruit on Saturday at the Wayland Winter Farmers' Market from 11 AM to 1 PM.
"We will be making low sugar spreadable fruit from start to finish.You will be learning preserving methods you can use at home and
with a lot less sugar. At days end, you will show off our day's efforts
with product to share!  Bring your questions," says Deborah.

Deborah's Kitchen "spreadable fruit" are made with two thirds fruit, and no preservatives, corn syrup or refined sugar.  She buys local fruit, in season, to make her jam truly local.  To make a purchase, you will find her market table located  between Bagel Alley and Extra Virgin Foods.
The event takes place on the 3rd floor of Russell's Garden Center.
