A few things you need to know in Wayland for Friday, Aug. 16, 2013.
1. A beautiful weekend is in store – the perfect kind of weekend to bid farewell to Wayland Town Beach for the season. The beach will close on Sunday for the year.
2. Some of your favorite non-fiction categories of books have moved at the Wayland Public Library. Don't panic if things are where you remember... they should be easier to access now on the main floor.
3. Don't forget that paving will begin at the Wayland Town Building on Saturday.
4. ICYMI. A Wayland man took a tumble from a ladder Wednesday and his wife did her best to catch him.
