On Sunday Nov. 4, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m., Laura Carlo, popular radio host from All Classical 99.5 FM, will be at Russell’s Garden Center on Route 2 for her 23rd Annual Holiday Visit.
Laura was born and raised in Boston and was the former morning host on WCRB 102.5 FM for 13 years, before joining WGBH. In addition to her love of classical music, her favorite hobbies include “cooking and baking everything from scratch, gardening, traveling the world, learning foreign languages, and archery.”
Laura’s theme this year will be “A Homespun Christmas.” This event is a chance to get inspired by Laura and Russell’s designers to decorate your home inside and out for the holidays.
This free event includes food sampling from local vendors Whole Foods Market of Wayland and Great Harvest Bakery, wine tasting courtesy of Newtonville Wine and Spirits, jams and preserves from Deborah’s Kitchen and fresh brewed coffee from Keurig gourmet single cup home brewers.
