Fire Log: False Alarms, Mutual Aid and Accidents with Injuries
The following information was supplied by the Wayland Fire Department.
The Wayland Fire Department answered 60 calls for assistance during the week of Jan. 7, 2012 to Jan. 13, 2013. This is a summary of those incidents excepting standard inspections and training.
Monday, Jan. 7, 2013
10:57 a.m. - 5 Nob Hill Rd, activation of carbon monoxide detector
11:53 a.m. - East Plain St, medical assistance needed
1:13 p.m. - Green Way, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital
1:32 p.m. - 14 Elissa Ave, accidental activation of alarm system
1:35 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick
3:30 p.m. - Edgewood Rd, assistance needed

8:48 a.m. - 100 Commonwealth Rd, 3 car motor vehicle accident, no injuries reported
9:16 a.m. - 317 Boston Post Rd, telephone alarm of fire due to maintenance on system
11 a.m. - Sycamore Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick
11:59 a.m. - Boston Post Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital
7:31 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to MWMC Natick
