A Minor Car Accident, Multiple Charges

A minor motor vehicle accident Monday afternoon in Wayland led to an arrest and multiple charges for a Framingham man suspected of fleeing the scene.
Wayland Police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident Monday at 4 p.m. near the intersection of Bent Avenue and West Plain Street in Cochituate.
There were no injuries in the accident, but a police press release states that one of the drivers involved fled on foot following the accident.

A short time later, police apprehended Hector Vasquez, 24, of Cedar Street in Framingham. Vasquez was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, operating without a license and failure to use care/caution when stopping.
